  • Right to know: You can request that a business disclose to you: (1) the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information they have collected about you, (2) the categories of sources for that personal information, (3) the purposes for which the business uses that information, (4) the categories of third parties with whom the business discloses the information, and (5) the categories of information that the business sells or discloses to third parties. You can make a request to know up to twice a year, free of charge.

Security of personal data

The company LLC makes every effort to protect the personal data of all our Users and Subscribers. To do so, we use modern technological solutions and take all possible security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.

An important point is the issue of corporate ethics at the company, LLC, which prohibits the sharing of any personal data of Subscribers with third parties, except for transfer to our partners and payment services. But it is important to understand that LLC cannot guarantee the elimination of all personal data security risks. This risk is associated with possible cyberattacks, vulnerabilities in software and operating system components, during which personal data may be intercepted by third parties.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete data security and are not responsible for the use of web server technologies or its components, which may be subject to various cyberattacks, including the hacking of software packages, operating systems developed by third-party companies.

In addition, we recommend that our Subscribers do not neglect their own security and use both antivirus software on their devices and other available methods to protect their data.

Server security and support requests

An important point in working with the Subscriber's service is that the company, LLC, considers the security of the server. Because sometimes certain personal data may be stored on a Subscriber's server, we must warn that it may become known to us if a Subscriber contacts technical support. If the Subscriber requests interference with the operation of their equipment and agrees to technical access by technical specialists from LLC to fix any problems, we warn them that we may access their personal data, their server, website, or application.

It is also important to understand that, if the company, LLC, suspects that a Subscriber has problems with server security (for example, penetration of a virus, or the user performing illegal actions on LLC equipment), in some cases, LLC has the right to log into the Subscriber's server to eliminate the threat.

Possible changes to the privacy policy LLC makes changes to its Privacy Policy infrequently, but it is still recommended that Subscribers visit this section periodically. If changes are made, they are usually minor and are due to changes in legislation. However, LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of the Agreement at its discretion.
